move wordpress installation

need to move this install to a new domain (at public_html, not subfolder)
tools like bakupbuddy report an error, because seemd need to fiux a compatibility Mysql issue . So moving must be done manually, fixing the database.
i read a lot around this, and seems seimple to do, but i am not so techie, then i prefer someone do this for me
files and database archive are already moved and available at new server
