We need a 60-90 second video that uses 10-15 larger images and presents them artistically with dynamic effects that breathes life into the scenes. There will be narration and a musical score as well.

We need this completed by early September (say in the next 10-15 days).

The candidate possesses an artistic eye, proficient skills in animation and video editing and a track record of similar projects (***a portfolio of previous videos which illustrate our requirements is a must to be considered***).

The design style we want is that of antique hand painted artwork and this video should avoid any modern look & feel.

The types of effects and dynamic art display we would like to see:

and
also allow for some parallax effects
