need animation in wordpress website content

I am looking for a WordPress expert who can add animation when my content appears in home page, and fix slider revolution content in diff colour and font.
for animation I have tried with by default method but its not taking into the website. the website has only 3-5 pages and I have a fixed budget of Rs500 for both task.
