New POA ERC20 Blockchain

Hello – I am looking to stand up a new blockchain. This blockchain needs to use be the POA rather than POS or POW. I need to have two tokens tokens run on this blockchain. The developer team will need to develop the wallets, the master authority node and the authority servers also. The authority servers will run on raspberry pi. There are other open source projects that are very similar that have code available on github. This is part of much bigger blockchain project. Further parts of this project include an exchange and a market place and a further twist that will make this a long term project. Many Thanks!
