I need a simple site created for me…here are the details.

Just a plane page with no navigational menu

There will be an image at the top and some text describing the site

The site will essentailly be a place where users can post “quotes”.

This is how it needs to work.

There will be a form at the bottom of the page to submit a quote. The Quotes will show up on the home page in a row. There will be 15 quotes/page…so if there are more than 15 quotes there will be a link to page 2. If there are more than 30 quotes, there will be a link to page 3, etc.

Users can also rate the quotes on a 1-10 scale (drop down box) I want to put a description next to the ratings in the drop down box (ie: 1 – Bad quote)

I will need to be able to delete quotes…just me though…no one else can delete quotes.

There will be an “email a friend link” that when clicked will open up an email with the subject and body already filled out.

Lastly, I want to put some google ads on there…I already have the code for that.

That’s it…I would like this done in one day.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.


2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer’s environment–Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer’s environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered “work made for hire” under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder’s Seller Legal Agreement).
