I have a personal website which is now aging and needs a new fresh look and feel. I am expecting some design modifications, enhancements and some website coding to make this website what it should be.

I have purchased the Appointment Theme from Templatic which is what I wish to be enhanced by you to suite my needs. Once choosen, I’ll provide you with the source code for this theme for you to work upon. I expect this project to be completed by Dec 21st 2012.

Contact me form on the site which will be available on all pages should use AJAX as a technology for data submission so it doesn’t have to refresh the page

I only prefer web 2.0 type websites with great use of CSS. I am a big fan of HTML 5 and would to see that incorporated.

Information about the details of the layout and works are mentioned in the attachment. The images in the attachment has a notes section on the right which has data to help design/develop the site per my requirements.

I like a clean look so that users that are navigating are not overwhelmed with a lot of text.
