Problem on wordpress website error 500

I am having problems with my wordpress website with my cpanel
these are the type of errors it reports
Warning: require(/home/contascpagamento/public_html/wp-includes/): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/contascpagamento/public_html/ on line 33
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required ‘/home/contascpagamento/public_html/wp-includes/’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php81/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home/contascpagamento/public_html/ Stack trace: #0 /home/contascpagamento/public_html/(57): require_once() #1 /home/contascpagamento/public_html/(50): require_once(‘/home/contascpa…’) #2 /home/contascpagamento/public_html/(13): require_once(‘/home/contascpa…’) #3 /home/contascpagamento/public_html/(17): require(‘/home/contascpa…’) #4 {main} thrown in /home/contascpagamento/public_html/ on line 33
In order to sort the issue I tried the following
I placed a backup and it worked, but in order for the problem not to occur again I reinstalled wordpress and plugins, and it worked but after 30 min aprox. the errors returned,
I tried php 7.4 and 8.1 but problems continue
