Registration popup (javascript stuff)

Hi I have a WordPress website.
I need a proper registration pop-up as Javascript.
If someone clicks on the “Join” button (picture1) then my registration popup should show up (picture2).
Also the fields need to be there ein the backend I guess?
At the moment it looks like that if someone clicks on Join (picture3)
I have the design so it should be a couple of minutes for an experienced developer.
Its just a quick small project.
