Replace Uber Upload method with Plupload method in current website

The job is to replace Uber Upload (actual used upload plugin) with Plupload drag&drop upload. The selected plugin is [url removed, login to view]
You must replace existing upload method with new plupload with users restrictions.
Required:
– Use multiple methods for each user HTML5/Silverlight/Flash…
– Must upload to user selected gallery.
– Apply account restriction.
– Consider and apply user account settings (upload limit, upload size, bandwidth, etc)
– In case of errors (ex: upload limit, maximum upload images) display error messages to user.
Estimated time for this job for experienced java/php programmer 1-2 hours.
You will work live with website in production.
