Require a company logo to be designed for new company

Require a company logo to be designed. Specification – rectangular and use a light blue background (similar blue as found in the Scottish flag) and white lettering. Dont need the logo to be too big, ideally its to be used on the corner of an A4 piece of paper so does not need to occupy much space. Contact me if interested and I will give you the company name which the logo is for. Need it to look professional.
I would need to request a sample first, will be paid up on completion.
Will pay £30-40 max as its fairly simple and easy job, would take an experienced person around 30 mins to complete though I may suggest alterations.
