Setting up GTM and Google Analytics for website

We are from Estee Advisors, Gulaq team. Gulaq is an investment advisor, and provides professionally curated stock-based portfolios to retail investors. We have listed our portfolios in a marketplace called “Smallcase”, and on Smallcase we have a separate microsite called estee.smallcase.com.
This project is about setting Google Tabs on different CTAs on our microsite and our own website Gulaq.com. Once we set up the Tags, we want to track them on Google Analytics. We have done basic part of this project. So, looking for freelancer who has good understanding of GTM and GA4 to help us complete the project.
The following are detailed requirements:
Understanding of current state of GA & GTM
GA (both GA 4 and 365) to be setup for and
GTM to be setup for subscribe now and login to invest on
With GTM our aim is to track the conversion linked to different visitor sources like linkedin, Instagram, , direct etc
Understanding GA acquisition data and check data for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram and others
Provide insights to which source is doing better
Modification of Channel grouping if required
Tracking of multiple subscription and Login to invest CTAs on the website
Verification of data in report
Monitor live data
Provide data for different source for
