Shopify/Zipify Custom Buy Boxes

Hello. We are currently overhauling our Shopify theme.
We use Zipify for our landing pages but I’ve encountered a problem with the way our ‘Buy Boxes’ work with the Shopify product images. At the moment the image used for the ‘Buy Box’ is pulled from Shopify and uses the product image.
We are now going to be using the Shopify product images in a different way in the collections so we need a way of being able to choose the image that gets used with the ‘Buy Box’ as this image is usually a pack shot of what’s included or what the special offer is rather than just a plain cutout image of the product if that makes sense.
Ideally we would need some code to be able to have custom images and the ability to choose quantity and variant along with a buy button (as it is now). Please see this example of a landing page which is essentially what will need replicating (just the buy box section) –
