We need php coder to run signup and verification forms, Design is ready.

Database has only one table (users):
ID, Phone, Industry, Usercode
$Usercode = Random 4 digit, like (4355, 9877)

1- signup form:
Phone(input with validations), Industry(select and options) and Signup button
after click on button, insert these data (ID, Phone, Industry, Usercode) then go to form #2

2- verification form:
Show him his $Usercode (select from db)
Retype your usercode to confirm (input field)
Confirm button.

After confirm show him msg (All done, Thank you!)

1- captcha to verify humanity when signup button.
2- Phone number validations (make sure its numbers and start with 966 and total is 12 digit)
3- Do the css, html needed changes.
4- All actions will be in same page. (signup form, verification form, Thanks msg)

We need it within next 6 hours, its so sample project.
