Simple python script to collect data from several csv files

It is a very SIMPLE task.

TASK

I have several csv files with weather data collected from several weather stations.

There is a text file that specifies unique id’s and station names in the top folder. It also specifies which state the station is in.

This data is broken down into state folders and then further broken down into folders named by weather stations. Finally for each weather station, the collected data is broken down into monthly csv files.

I want a simple python script written using pandas that takes weather station id and date range and pulls data from the relevant csv files and outputs this in a new csv file.

eg command would be
python station_id startdate enddate
python 1234 20032021 29042021

20042021 being 20th march 2021

it should be able to pull data from multiple monthly data files.

I am attaching sample data zip with this projects
