Site JOomla upgrade , Modules some theme design tweek

I need my joomla upgrade all the components , It is a real estate website ..
then i need a new Rocket theme installed and tweaked to make sure everythihg is showing up correctly images etc .
I do not want someone that makes changes they think are needed without asking me this is a max 3 hour job , if you do what I need. if you cant follow directions and cant understand English well enough to follow my instructions then do not waste our time. Joomla is not hard to use and i have been working with programmer on my joomla site for years since it came out . so please dont waste our time. I need this done today if you cant do it in one day dont bother wasting our time … I want someone honest and professional …
