Small Access problem

I have a small problem in access. I have created a library database system but am unable to get it to loan/return books. That is the only thing that isn’t working. I would like it to be completed using querys if possible. If it is not possible to use querys then macros, but I cannot use any VBA. I really need this done as soon as possible, I doubt it would take anyone with experience within Access very long. Please see attched file. Thanks for your time.
## Deliverables
1) Make the database return and loan books.
2) Using querys and macros if needed.
3) No VBA is to be written.
