Small Wordpress website adjustments and new widget to add

I’d like the following items changed in my WordPress website :
1. Minimise the current widget spaces in size as I believe the current theme (SingleApp) has allowed for too much space in each of the sections.
2. Add a coloured box (with transparency) behind the text in the main widget at the top of the page.
3. Have each of the elements in the Features section to appeat on either side of the background image, as per the (Singleapp) theme design
4. Split the bottom Widget space into two widget spaces, as it currently displays the Contact Form 7 form The other half (new) widget space should be for a simple twitter plugin. The bottom widget space must also be responsive like the rest of the site.
5. I’d also like to change the social buttons to either custom buttons or those with different look and feel.
