SumIF formula to calculate percentage

I currently have to manually calculate the percentage of work completed for the factory floor. I would like to change this so it works automatically. I need a formula adding, that sums the total number of remaining hours after the current day, then dividing by the hours planned in for Labour. It needs to reference the current date though so if i add or remove hours down the line it updates accordingly.
