I need a software that runs on window 7 and 8. It will sits itself as tray icon. This software main function is to sync selected tables (admin able to import a csv list) from WAMP with an online MySQL Database. This have to be vice vesa (check both sides), if there are changes FROM the online/local MySQL Database, it will sync with the windows WAMP database.

*Password protected to open up the settings for this software
*When is offline, it will change it’s icon to red and also do a one time (5 second) popup showing Internet Connection is Down. It should also have settings like retry to X times every X mintues before popping up the 5 seconds notification box. After popping up the notification, the software should still keep retrying to connect every X mintues. Unless in settings we turn it off.
*User Friendly Dashboard (main interface when call from tray icon) should show details like: Left side is WAMP, Center shows the tables i wish to sync, right side is Online MYSQL, see details like which is connected , last sync timing, how many rows are sync, how many rows are pending for sync, bytes send, bytes received, last internet connection lost.
*enable or disable log file to show last X amount of rows changes or [url removed, login to view] (max 500 lines overwriting, setable in admin)
*settings to set how often to check for sync,
* Take note that system does not need to run on internet sometimes, it can be run on INTRANET (local network). It works the same. Meaning to say it may be a case of WAMP to WAMP sync.
