Telegram Bot which can pass messages from Telegram to discord

Hello mate, let me pass the requirement of the bot I needed.
1. So I am running a Telegram channel where I want you to make a bot in such a way that user’s can make a ticket through
telegram and the bot should make a ticket on discord without sharing user Telegram information.
2. Whatever user types in a telegram ticket the bot should pass it to discord { Including photo’s }.
Try to make the timelapse as less as possible b/w telegram to discord.
3. Admin should be able to close the ticket from discord.
4. Admin should be able to rename the ticket.
