I want an application that can read chats from any user/channel group and insert it in mysql table.
only 3 columns: User(Channel/Group), Timestamp, ChatText.
Make sure not to use bot API as I need to capture chats as normal user not bot.
It can be implemented in any language, but make sure that their no delay in reading messages.
Suggestion for bidders, Don’t waste your time if you have never worked on it. Its one hour job for somebody who have looked at telegram API.
