This project is part of a project for uni and I would require clean coding, I was hoping to provider the coder with the PSD however my laptop has crashed and as such I lost the psd file so I have attached 3 images for you which show what I was creating prior to me loosing the master file. What I am after is coding the design into wordpress from the images provided. The coder must have a good understanding of Wordpress but also be able to speak english well. The coder must clearly label the soure and not rip off another design template

1) Is an image showing the homepage how it would look. Would use a html full screen slider of some sort and it would continue to roate images. using left and right and it would have text in the middle on rotation. Menu is on right and stays active. the slideshow uses a gradient over the images

2) when menu is clicked a the page loads using jquery from the right and you can see the homepage, the rotation in background stops.

3) when sliding down the page the bacground image remains fixed.

Please advise what you would quote to do this. I would rather have a reasnable quote and get it agered rather then go via a design competition.
