test registration issue with sign-in on web application

The issue is the sign-up (registering) feature
The problem in the past has been that some users do NOT get the confirmation email needed to successfully register- (maybe spam controls?)
Your mission:
I need approximately 10 different email accounts to test the functionality of the successful register
In other words, I need someone to with (gmail, aol, hotmail, yahoo, mac, me, etc etc)
To sign up, and then get the confirmation, and then successfully register
