Uber like application for IOS and iPhone

The plan is to have an Android and IOS application similar in function to Uber (Template may be used to do so) that allows tracking, credit card payment, calling a taxi etc. It is for use in Cochabamba (small city in Bolivia). We will however have much bigger projects in the country and look forward to work with you if this project results favourable. Thanks in advance.
