Update existing website PHP from 5.6-latest

Our PHP website had been running perfectly for two years since being built. Now there are issues with PHP version changes on the server and our hosting provider wants us to update our website so it’s running on the latest PHP version (7.2?). The current site is built on PHP 5.6.
There are two PHP pages on home page and then each of those have more PHP pages therein (I think 11 pages in total). This site dynamically publishes FTP’ed PDF coupon images, grouped by type of business. The PDF file names each include a numerical code that identifies which category they belong in and what their expiration date is.
TL:DR.. We need roughly 11 PHP pages to be updated from PHP 5.6–>PHP 7.2 and the sorting script might also need to be updated accordingly.
The site admin is cPanel/WHM. Thanks!
