Urgent update of promo video

We need a very urgent update of a promo video (we need it by the end of the day ready). The video is 2.28 mins. What needs to be done:
– download the video from youtube
– cut the logo that is currently present at the video and exchange it with another one
– cut the last 10 secs of the video and change them with another image/text
– put some short text in the video that we will provide (about short 5-7 sentences)
