Very simple iPhone Game for tests - only structures

Hi I need an experienced iPhone game developer for a research game. If the work goes well then I would like to keep the developer on to expand this game/tool.
I need a game for iOS 8 devices – I have an iPhone 5 to test it. It needs to be native no converted stuff or websites.
The game should have 3 parts:
Attention! The game does not have any graphics so simple plain button and structures is enough (should be super quick).
1) A Menu with buttons: Play, Options, Highscore and About
Play starts the game, Options (enable Sound/disable Sound), Highscore lists the highscore in a page and about it simply just info of the tool.
2) Please take a look at [Picture1]; The game is entirely controlled with the accelerometer. [1st level] Start: The ball or texture should be controlled through the game field and when it reaches the other side people get 100 score. Then a small bubble or splash screen [picture2] should say “congratulations you got 100 score”
[picture3][2nd level]: Ball starts again at the top and need to go through but now there are areas that the ball should not tough. If so then one live less [score and lives are shown in the right upper corner] and start again until all lives lost then game over. If live lost then splash screen “oh no live lost”
[picture4][3rd_level] same again but now the areas that should not be touched should move left-right or up down a bit.
At the end if all successful display another splash screen and say well done highscore.
The ball and the walls and all stuff should be replaceable with graphics in the future.
Should be really simple for an expert.
