Voice recognition/identification mobile app (iOS)

I have a need for a program that can be built into/used by a mobile app (iOS) that records and recognises different voices in a conversation. This project needs someone with digital signal processing skills. Unfortunately no SDK and APIs (to the best of my knowledge) are available so the program would more than likely need to be built from the ground up.
As mentioned in the project description there are no SDKs or APIs (that I know of) available for Freelancers to use. Also – the key skills required is digital signal processing expertise.
