I need a new website. I need you to design and build my blog. Hi I want a website in which people can ask questions and I answer. I want it to look nicely shaped as [url removed, login to view] . Users would not need to log in. Just write the question, and see the answer also be able to reply. It would be nice if a photo can be uploaded with the question and if the reply and the question can be tagged. Also which would be my admin console ( no coding knowledge)
