WordPress: Need Mobile menu for TwentyTwelve menu

Hi
I have a small site () – WordPress installed with TwentyTwelve theme.
Right now the menu on mobilephones etc. looks terrible 😉
So I need a simple menu (ShiftNav, drop down etc.)
The menu must be simple, easy, and of course nice to look at.
(The desktop-menu is fine, so It’s only for mobilephones etc)
You must be skilled WordPress-programmer.
