Wordpress - WPBackery Page Builder issue

HI guys,
i installed a theme and using the demo version of it.
I want to edit the website with WPBackery Page Builder.
When i go to Frontent Editor and for example try to change the button text by clicking on Editing Icon, the Pop up window is opening but nothing inside is shown, no settings which i can change
I need help for this
