Had a windows programmer create tool to automate processes, halfway worked and later found that their are multiple flaws and issues leaving access/excel/word in memory and data/memory leaks connecting to sql server. Want someone to analyze the code to decipher what is taking place and to re-write the code (where applicable) for optimization and good coding standards.
Use VS2010 to create this procedure please as I have not yet updated to VS2012.
